Tournament Information
Entry: $150
All participants must have badges for MagicCon: Chicago Friday and Saturday and pay the entry fee of $150. There are only 1,200 slots available, so make sure you sign up as soon as you purchase your badge!
Format: Standard
Constructed Tournament: Players are expected to bring a legal Standard Deck
Rounds: 8 Rounds of Swiss
Player Cap: 1,200 Players
Rules Enforcement Level: Competitive, decklists required
Day 2 Cut: Players with 18 or more match points (6-2) advance to Day 2 (Saturday).
This event will be run on Melee.gg (https://www.melee.gg) and requires a decklist submitted on Melee.gg. To participate you need a Melee.gg (https://www.melee.gg/) account. Details will be emailed to you prior to the start of your tournament.

Day 3 Cut: Top 8 players advance to Day 3. (Sunday)
Pro Tour Invites: All players with 36 match points, a match record of 12–2 or better, or a Top 8 finish, whichever is greater, qualify for the Pro Tour.
