Welcome to MagicCon: Chicago! There are a few important locations and general areas for you to consider when arriving at McCormick Place, Lakeside Center for MagicCon. 

MagicCon: Chicago will be held at the Lakeside Center on levels 2, 3, and 4. 

• Magic Ticketed Play, D&D Ticketed Play, Command Zone, On Demand Events, Free Play, Mana Stage (Arie Crown Theater), Lost and Found, Quiet Room – Level 2
• Show Floor/Ticketed Merch Pick Up/Registration & Will Call, Info Desk, Pro Tour – Level 3
• Black Lotus VIP Lounge and Level 20 VIP Lounge – Level 4

There are three main parking lots on the McCormick Place campus. All are in close proximity and walking distance to our convention complex and are ADA accessible. The closest parking lot for MagicCon: Chicago attendees is Lot C, Gate 30. The address for Lot C is Fort Dearborn Drive, Chicago, IL 60616. You may enter MagicCon: Chicago daily starting at 8:30 AM. The show will open at 10:00 AM.

1. If you need to pick up your badge, you must pass through the security checkpoint, and then to Registration/Will Call on level 3. Please make sure you activate your badge once you receive it.

Please have your photo ID and the QR code from your purchase confirmation email ready before you get to the front to the line. You must have a physical badge to enter MagicCon: Chicago.

2. If you have your badge, make sure to pick up the merchandise included in your badge package! Visit the Ticketed Merch Pick Up area right next to Registration. You will need your physical badge to pick up your merchandise.

3. Once you have your badge and merchandise, proceed to the Morning Queue area and follow the signage for morning entry. The Show Floor will not open until 10:00 AM. There will be a dedicated ADA line for those with accessibility needs.

If you purchased a Black Lotus VIP badge, bypass Registration/Will Call and head directly to the Black Lotus VIP lounge on Level 4 to receive your badge and all merchandise included in your badge package.
